I teach environmental science at Harbor Grammar School in Mardan since 1994. Most days I teach teenagers, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
I've run the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Kakar
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Kakar: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me environmental science in 2009 at Harbor Grammar School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard!

You taught me environmental science in 1997 at Harbor Grammar School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
