Mr. Kahsay
38 years teaching drama in Hawassa
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Hawassa Girls' School
- Since 2015
- English, Amharic
Hawassa Girls' School is my second home. I teach drama there since 2015, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I've had 440 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Kahsay
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Kahsay: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
