Mr. Joubert
Taught economics at Johannesburg Academy
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg Academy
- 2009 to 2018
- English, Afrikaans, Spanish
I taught economics at Johannesburg Academy in Johannesburg from 2009 to 2018. Most days I taught Year 10, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Joubert
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Mr. Joubert: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
