Mr. Joo
Design and technology and chemistry teacher, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Kilimanjaro Public School
- 2012 to 2024
- English, Korean, French
I taught design and technology at Kilimanjaro Public School in San Diego from 2012 to 2024. Most days I taught primary school children, and I played music while people worked.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Joo
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Joo: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
