I taught home economics at Victory Girls' School in Bonny from 1991 to 2002. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 280 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
