Mr. Jefferson
24 years teaching early years in Austin
- 🇺🇸 Austin, Texas, United States
- Austin Academy
- Since 1997
- English, French
For 29 years I have been the early years teacher at Austin Academy. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Jefferson
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Jefferson: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
