Mr. Jayawardena
17 years teaching art in Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Public School
- Since 1990
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 36 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never turn anyone away.
More about Mr. Jayawardena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
