Mr. Jayasuriya
Special education teacher at Dehiwala Boys' School, 1978 to 2012
- 🇱🇰 Dehiwala, Western, Sri Lanka
- 1978 to 2012
- English
For 34 years I was the special education teacher at Dehiwala Boys' School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

What gifts mean to Mr. Jayasuriya: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
