For 28 years I was the early years teacher at Jacaranda Public School. I taught teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 670 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Jatoi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
