Mr. Jansson
20 years teaching physics in Uppsala
- 🇸🇪 Uppsala, Uppsala, Sweden
- Uppsala Middle School
- 1985 to 2001
- English, Swedish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Jansson
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Jansson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me physics in 2007 at Uppsala Middle School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
