Mr. Jankowski
Design and technology teacher at Acacia Primary School, 2017 to 2025

- English, Polish
I taught design and technology at Acacia Primary School in Manchester from 2017 to 2025. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Jankowski
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
