Mr. Jang

Social studies and mathematics teacher, Seoul

  • 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
  • Redwood Public School
  • Since 1986
  • Korean
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 40 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I sing in a choir. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mr. Jang

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
