Mr. Ishii
25 years teaching computer science in Yokohama
- 🇯🇵 Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan
- Yokohama Academy
- Since 1986

For 40 years I have been the computer science teacher at Yokohama Academy. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,960 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Ishii
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ishii: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

I was in your teenagers class in 2014. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from Bahir Dar.
