I taught mathematics at Fairview Primary School in Cluj-Napoca from 1983 to 2013. Most days I taught Grade 6, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 1,530 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Ionescu
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ionescu: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
