22 years teaching design and technology in Awka
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Redwood Academy
- Since 2002
- English, Hausa
I teach design and technology at Redwood Academy in Awka since 2002. Most days I teach primary school children, and I never turn anyone away.
I've run the science fair after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I watch every football match going.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Igwe
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Igwe: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
