Mr. Igwe
Physical education teacher at Westbrook Grammar School, Since 1987
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Westbrook Grammar School
- Since 1987
- English, Yoruba
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 39 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I walk the dog by the river. Inside it, I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Igwe
If you were in my Year 7 class, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.

What gifts mean to Mr. Igwe: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me physical education in 2012 at Westbrook Grammar School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
