I taught special education at St. Joseph's High School in Celaya from 1986 to 2011. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I learned every name in the first week.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

What gifts mean to Mr. Ibáñez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
