I teach mathematics at Dallas Technical College in Dallas since 2000. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I play music while people worked.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Hughes
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
