I teach home economics at Holy Cross Boys' School in Kyiv since 1999. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
