I taught computer science at Maple Ridge Boys' School in Saint Paul from 1986 to 2002. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 660 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
