Mr. Hopkins
24 years teaching agriculture in Seattle
- 🇺🇸 Seattle, Washington, United States
- Orchid High School
- Since 2009
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 650 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Hopkins
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Hopkins: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
