Mr. Holmes
Retired history teacher from San Antonio High School
- 🇺🇸 San Antonio, Texas, United States
- 1983 to 2006
- English
For 23 years I was the history teacher at San Antonio High School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 1,310 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Mr. Holmes: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
