Mr. Holmes
Spanish and economics teacher, Kansas City
- 🇺🇸 Kansas City, Missouri, United States
- St. Mary's Primary School
- Since 1995
- English
For 31 years I have been the Spanish teacher at St. Mary's Primary School. I teach the youngest children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
What gifts mean to Mr. Holmes: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

I'm a mechanic now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Austin.

you taught me Spanish in 2009 at St. Mary's Primary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand

You taught me Spanish in 2025 at St. Mary's Primary School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
