Mr. Hicks
History and home economics teacher, Akron
- 🇺🇸 Akron, Ohio, United States
- Acacia Middle School
- Since 2003
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I watch every football match going. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

you taught me history in 2003 at Acacia Middle School. I still remember that terrible school play. Truly.
