Mr. Hicks
Retired chemistry teacher from Beacon Public School
- 🇺🇸 Orlando, Florida, United States
- Beacon Public School
- 1989 to 2004
- English
I taught chemistry at Beacon Public School in Orlando from 1989 to 2004. Most days I taught first-year students, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the choir after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Hicks
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
