Mr. Herrera
32 years teaching social studies in San Francisco
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Victory Secondary School
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I taught social studies at Victory Secondary School in San Francisco from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 8, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 150 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Herrera
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
