Mr. Herrera
23 years teaching home economics in San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Highland Technical College
- 1980 to 2018
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 38 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mr. Herrera
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
