Mr. Hermans
33 years teaching religious studies in Haarlem
- 🇳🇱 Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands
- Queensway Middle School
- 2008 to 2020
- Dutch
Queensway Middle School was my second home. I taught religious studies there from 2008 to 2020, mostly teenagers.
Over the years I had 720 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Hermans
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

You taught me religious studies in 2011 at Queensway Middle School. I still remember the long bus ride home.
