Mr. Hegde
Taught English literature at Liberty Boys' School
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Liberty Boys' School
- 1993 to 2017
- English, Malayalam
I taught English literature at Liberty Boys' School in Thane from 1993 to 2017. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I never once raised my voice.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mr. Hegde
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Hegde: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
