Mr. Hayes
Teacher at Nottingham Technical College, loves home economics

For eight years I have been the home economics teacher at Nottingham Technical College. I teach mixed-ability classes and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

If you were in my mixed-ability classes class, you probably remember the last day before the summer holidays.
