For 37 years I have been the environmental science teacher at San Jose Grammar School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

More about Mr. Harper

The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
