Mr. Handoko
Retired geography teacher from Valley View Grammar School
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Valley View Grammar School
- 1992 to 2011
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Mr. Handoko
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mr. Handoko: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.
