Mr. Halim
English literature and mathematics teacher, Makassar
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Makassar Technical College
- 2011 to 2020
- English, Indonesian
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Halim
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

You taught me English literature in 2025 at Makassar Technical College. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
