Mr. Hailemariam
Retired music teacher from Addis Ababa Academy
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Addis Ababa Academy
- 1979 to 1990
- English, Amharic
I taught music at Addis Ababa Academy in Addis Ababa from 1979 to 1990. Most days I taught primary school children, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 410 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mr. Hailemariam
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
