I taught accounting at Hawassa Girls' School in Hawassa from 1988 to 2020. Most days I taught Year 9, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
