Mr. Gyasi
Music and art teacher, Tamale
- 🇬🇭 Tamale, Northern, Ghana
- Silverlake Secondary School
- Since 2001
- English, Twi
For 25 years I have been the music teacher at Silverlake Secondary School. I teach primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 930 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Gyasi
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Gyasi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
