Mr. Guzmán
Chemistry and English literature teacher, Irapuato
- 🇲🇽 Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico
- Oakwood High School
- Since 2009
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 17 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 750 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Mr. Guzmán
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Guzmán: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
