Mr. Gutiérrez
Taught home economics at Fairview Public School
- 🇺🇸 Peoria, Illinois, United States
- 1987 to 2015
- English, Spanish
I taught home economics at Fairview Public School in Peoria from 1987 to 2015. Most days I taught teenagers, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I ran the running club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Mr. Gutiérrez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gutiérrez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
