Mr. Gutierrez
35 years teaching economics in San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Since 1997
- English
For 29 years I have been the economics teacher at San Jose Grammar School. I teach Grade 6 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,480 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Gutierrez
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gutierrez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
