Mr. Gunawardena
31 years teaching physics in Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Northside High School
- Since 1979
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 47 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
What gifts mean to Mr. Gunawardena: Any gift will help me keep tutoring for free.

You taught me physics in 2019 at Northside High School. I still remember that terrible school play. Greetings from Los Angeles.
