Mr. Gunawardena
24 years teaching physical education in Kandy
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka
- Kandy Girls' School
- 2009 to 2023
- English
I taught physical education and home economics at Kandy Girls' School, Kandy. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Gunawardena
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
