Mr. Gunawan
Early years teacher at Kilimanjaro Public School, Since 1994
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia

For 32 years I have been the early years teacher at Kilimanjaro Public School. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Gunawan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gunawan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
