Mr. Gounder
Special education teacher at Fairview Primary School, Since 1988
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Fairview Primary School
- Since 1988
- English, Tamil
I teach special education at Fairview Primary School in Chennai since 1988. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I learn every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mr. Gounder
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gounder: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
