Mr. González

35 years teaching computer science in Buenos Aires

🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Redwood Academy
2007 to 2016
Spanish, English

I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and nine years later I still can't imagine doing anything else. Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I answered every email, even at midnight. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Mr. González

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me computer science in 2012 at Redwood Academy. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
