I taught Spanish at São Paulo Middle School in São Paulo from 2008 to 2016. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Gonçalves
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mr. Gonçalves: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2021 at São Paulo Middle School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
