Mr. Gómez
35 years teaching special education in Ciudad de México
- 🇲🇽 Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Greenfield Middle School
- 1988 to 2016
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 28 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gómez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
