Mr. Girma
Biology teacher at Crescent Public School, Since 1991
- 🇪🇹 Gondar, Amhara, Ethiopia
- Since 1991
- English, Amharic
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the time the class pet escaped.

What gifts mean to Mr. Girma: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
