I teach physical education at Pioneer Middle School in Anaheim since 1999. Most days I teach teenagers, and I learn every name in the first week.
Over the years I've had 1,240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mr. Gill
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
