Mr. Gibson
30 years teaching economics in Knoxville
- 🇺🇸 Knoxville, Tennessee, United States
- Knoxville Public School
- 1978 to 2001
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 23 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mr. Gibson
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mr. Gibson: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me economics in 2012 at Knoxville Public School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
