I taught art at Starlight Girls' School in București from 2009 to 2019. Most days I taught Year 9, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mr. Gheorghe
If you were in my Year 9 class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Mr. Gheorghe: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
